Delhi Liquor Scam: Court extends Manish Sisodia’s hearing till May 23.

New Delhi: Delhi’s Rose Avenue court has extended the judicial custody of App leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia till May 23 in connection with the investigation by the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (ED) in the Delhi Abkari corruption case.
The central investigation agency ED told the court on Saturday that due to the activities of the current accused Sisodia, action has been taken in the case related to the unemployment policy worth Rs 622 crore.
The court has also listed the supplementary chargesheet filed against the app leader for hearing on May 10. The court directed the ED to submit the soft copy of the supplementary charge sheet on CD/DVD/pen drive by May 8. For the first time, the ED filed a 20-page chargesheet against the jailed former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister.
