The elephant rescued from trees

Anugol 9/5 : The forest department rescued the trapped elephant near Burti village near Jagannathpur of Lugagarh range in Anugol Satkoshi. The elephant was injected with painkiller by the veterinarian. The DFO informed that the elephant was not seriously injured. DFO said that the elephant is able to walk after treatment. However, the elephant has been kept under observation for some time. But there is information that the elephant can go into the forest.
It is worth mentioning that the elephant was trapped between two trees. The forest department continued its efforts to rescue the elephant. However, it was assumed that the elephant had probably come to the village to feed and got trapped.
